Description: Linchpin is looking for a Help Desk Manager to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for leading our SMART-T technical support team.As a Help desk manager, you should have a problem-solving attitude as well as an impressive technical background. The ability to motivate your team and provide excellent customer service is key for success in this position. Knowledge in the SATCOM field as well as SMART-T experience is preferred, but not necessarily required. Responsibilities* Managing help desk associates and conducting performance evaluations* Actively responding to customer queries and offering solutions for customer complaints* Providing customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams such as product developers* Assisting in the training of help desk technicians* Setting specific and consistent customer service standard expectations * Developing daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports* Establishing SOP's through the entire technical support process* Following up with customers to gain feedback and identify areas of improvement opportunity . Requirements: Requirements* Secret Clearance* Helpdesk certification preferred* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proven work experience as a Help desk manager* Customer-service oriented* Solid technical background* SATCOM/SMART-T familiarity is preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
