We are looking for an organized, dependable and detailed oriented Administrative Assistant to support the company's payroll and billing functions. This position is Full Time, M-F. Candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Must be motivated and possess strong proficiencies in organization, customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, multi-tasking and computer skills. The Billing & Payroll Clerk will assist in the following primary functions: Payroll - confirming shifts, processing payroll and handling any employee payroll concerns. Billing - Process Bi- monthly billing and handling any client billing concerns. A/R - Processing payments (ACH, credit card & check), making bank deposits and following up on any past due client accounts. Managing accounts - Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner. Requirements: At least 1 year of Bookkeeping experience. Honesty and attention to detail. Strong organizational and follow through skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Will train in the use of company's custom software. Benefits offered to include: health, dental, vision, 401k, Paid Time Off and Holiday pay.
