Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast growing tech company that is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This person will be responsible for assisting with sourcing and recruiting on various IT related roles and will bring a strong experience with them. The ideal candidate will have worked previously in a technical recruiting role in a fast paced, demanding environment and have a willingness to work hard to identify ideal and key teammates. *This position is currently remote but will require you to go onsite in the future. *Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to identify, source and recruit a vast number of technical positions
- Build out candidate pipeline by partnering with firms, digital channels, networking, referrals and in person outreach
- Manage full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer
- Create and define job roles in collaboration with the recruiting team
- Assist in the improvement of the recruitment process
- Take on ad-hoc recruiting projects as necessary
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 3+ years experience in a full life cycle, technical recruiting position
- Demonstrated ability of sourcing and identifying difficult, hard-to-find candidates
- Experience and willingness to work in a demanding, start up environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and ATS systems
