Our Impact:

Capital Markets Pricing team is responsible for pricing all multifamily loans including Conventional, Targeted Affordable Housing, Senior Housing, Student Housing, etc. We are also responsible for pricing Guarantee fees for all Freddie Mac Structured deals including K-Deals, SB-Deals, ML-Deals, SASB, etc. Our pricing decisions are based on credit risk, sponsorship, market competition and business strategy.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part of the development and execution of Freddie Mac Multifamily pricing decisions and will be taught and expected to:

Analysis
  • Assist in pricing fixed and floating rate Multifamily products including Conventional, Targeted Affordable Housing, Tax Exempt Loans & Bonds, 9% LIHTC, Supplemental Loans, Credit Revolvers, Forwards, etc.
  • Prepare Guarantee fee recommendations for K-Deals, SASB, TEBS, Seasoned Small Balance Loans and other structured deals
  • Monitor capital markets and work with dealers on new issuance K-deal levels and secondary market activity of K-deal bonds
  • Perform interest rate locks for mortgages and work with the hedging desk
  • Review & approve prepay penalty waiver requests
  • Perform pricing process/system improvements
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis


Communication
  • Communicates daily with internal business partners and external customers, including Production, Underwriting, and Legal to resolve issues as they arise through the loan quoting and rate lock process


Qualifications
  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate finance or expertise in either fixed income, financing, underwriting and/or capital markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
  • Ability to work in a dynamic business environment and manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
