Position Overview: Are you an experienced Capture Manager who's worked in the Federal marketplace? Do you have access to and relationships within various national intelligence agencies and the DoD? If your experience includes capturing cyber space operations opportunities within these communities then you may be the perfect addition to our team. We provide a full spectrum of cyber security solutions and are looking for a Sr. Capture manager to join our team. We really like people who are leaders and can provide strategic direction, and tactical capture on federal pursuits in the DC metropolitan region, as well as nation-wide. Once selected you will be involved with a full-spectrum of cyber-related activities, including: Cyber Intelligence, Cyber Analytics, internet security, secure operations centers (SOC), computer emergency readiness team (CERT), critical asset protection, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)/Industrial Control System (ICS) protection, and computer network operations (CNO). Implementing sales and capture strategies to achieve annual revenue goals, the ideal candidate will understand all phases and aspects of federal government business development and capture management, including: teaming strategies, business negotiations, as well as the ability to recognize and act upon opportunities addressing related projects. Travel may be required to cultivate new and ongoing business endeavors. One of these positions is based in Virginia and one in Maryland. The successful candidates will work from our offices on classified pursuits and can work from home on unclassified pursuits. Requirement * 15+ years of diversified experience, primarily within the business development, capture management in the realm of a large, multinational company * Must have established relationships in the national security and cyber security market * A proven track record of successful captures with the Maryland or Virginia customer * Broad experience working with the DISA, DOD, DHS, SPAWAR, USACE, IC, DOJ, and FBI is preferred * 4-year degree in Engineering or Business (or equivalent); Advanced degree preferred * Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials.
