TWO POSSIBLE CAREER PATHS Whether you're a seasoned professional or you've been in the industry a few years, a career in life and financial services at Allstate offers unlimited earning potential. Allstate has two opportunities that focus on this area: Personal Financial Representative and Life Specialist. PERSONAL FINANCIAL REPRESENTATIVE As a Personal Financial Representative, you're in charge of you. You'll use your financial experience, network support and sales experience to help individuals determine the right mix of life and financial products to suit their needs. LIFE SPECIALIST As a Life Specialist, you'll have an abundance of opportunities at your fingertips as you work to get your securities license. You'll have access to an existing customer base, the educational resources to grow your career in the life and financial services industry and most importantly, the ability to work on your own, but not alone. DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL AGENCY OWNERS As a PFR, or Life Specialist, you'll also take the lead as the life and financial expert when you partner with local agents to help individuals create a comprehensive plan for their future. You'll be able to work with not just one, but multiple agents within a market -- all with access to thousands of untapped customers who could benefit from your expertise. Together, you can grow the business and offer more thorough coverage for your customers' needs. It's a win-win-win. HOW ALLSTATE'S AGENCY PARTNERSHIPS WORK FOR YOU Opportunities to cross-sell life & retirement solutions to Allstate customers. Qualified leads that are introduced to you at the right time by agency owners who know their customers' needs. Access to Allstate's customer protection reviews and customer needs analysis for better targeting. QUALIFICATIONS FOR PFR AND LIFE SPECIALIST ROLES Whether you're looking to become a PFR or a Life Specialist, we're looking for individuals who possess an unquenchable entrepreneurial spirit and a strong track record of success. You'll also need the following: Required Qualifications * Life and Retirement Experience * At least 2 years of full-time life insurance or financial services customer facing sales. * Insurance Licenses * State Life/Health Insurance Licenses. * Financial Licenses (required for PFR role only) * FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63. * Sales Experience * Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales. * Industry Experience * Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred. * Professional Designations * RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP, and LUTCF preferred * Education * Bachelor's degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred
