Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Microsoft System Administrator with an active TS/SCI Polygraph to work onsite with our customer at Ft. Meade, MD. This position is in support of future work associated with MARFORCYBER. This role is contingent upon award in the Spring of 2021. #CyberWarrior Duties and Responsibilities : Be responsible for administrating Microsoft based systems both server and workstation inclusive of applications and processes the systems support. Assist in vulnerability management assessments Assist with incident resolution. Create and maintain active directory configurations. Create and maintain complex server enclaves Develop or update risk assessments of system vulnerabilities. Develop or update supporting documentation of systems that is clear, concise, and accurate. Ensure server configurations are optimized and running continuously and efficiently. Ensure that all issues identified are resolved in a timely manner. Establish and execute system-scanning procedures. Identify and correct hardware and software issues on supported systems. Install government provided software patches and updates. Install, and configure new systems and platforms. Perform security management and application performance optimization functions. Perform performance tuning, and application analysis. Perform regular hardware maintenance of administered systems Provide analyses of alternatives for identified system issues or future plans. Provide backup and recovery support When directed, develop solutions to system administration, operation, and maintenance problems. Configure and maintain the Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSFC) management environment in the War Rooms. This environment includes Active Directory, log server, and Certificate Authority. Configure, implement, and maintain Windows workstations, and servers in CITE 2.0, VMware ESXI hypervisor and vSphere in CITE 2.0, BDP clusters and network storage file systems within the War Rooms, and maintain the virtual desktop infrastructure in the ROC Qualifications Required Experience and Education: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; 4 years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree. 5 years of experience operating Windows Server software Clearance Requirement: Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
