This position supports a hybrid Agile process with the Government as the overall integrator in a Cloud Environment. The successful applicant will provide SETA support as a Systems Engineer for a range of system engineering efforts and technical expertise, continuity of effort and value-added judgment to advise and assist the customers leadership and contract teams. SPECIFIC TASKING/PROJECT SUPPORT:Coordinate artifacts and recommendations to be used by government customer to inform planning and decisionsPerform requirements traceability and coordinate requirement priorities to assist informed management decisions (budget, technical, and schedule)Conduct analysis and evaluations- making recommendations and providing advice and assistance to include preparing criteria and analytical aids, briefings, reports and presentationsAttend design reviews and review requirements documentation for solution integrationDemonstrate the ability to capture users needs by performing requirements elicitation directly with stakeholders, drafting and documenting requirements to implement changes to operational baselinesDefine and document interfaces, system specs and capability requirementsConduct end-to-end requirements analysis to ensure systems being implemented comply with standards and policies, and support enterprise control gatesPerform systems engineering functions to include requirements management, systems testing (validation and verification), systems analysis, configuration management, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder management Participate in large group TEMs with disparate members to reach requirement consensus to capture strategic capabilities for customers, both internal and externalPerform end-to-end analysis to determine which requirements may already be satisfied by existing systems and which requirements need to be allocated to new or existing systemsDevelop clear, consistent, testable acceptance criteria and requirements, and ensuring proper traceability between different levels of requirements and architectureExecute end-to-end processes and preparing and coordinating required documentationQualifications TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experienceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors and six (6) years or more experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience or PhD or JD Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph Broad understanding of space and/or ground systems, hardware, software, operations, and their interdependenceWorking knowledge of IC principles, proceduresThe ability to work proactively, independently, and/or as a member of a highly effective technical team while developing approaches Demonstrated knowledge of AGILE Scrum and SAFe software development methodsDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customersProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various SE, PM tools**Requires overnight travel up to 10 percent of the work yearDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:SAFe Agilist certificationSAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
