Description: Speech Language Pathologist Home Health PRN opportunity to join our team partnered with Frederick Health in Frederick, MD. Benefits of the position are a competitive pay per visit rate in addition to mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefit package.Schedule is Monday - Friday (no weekends), with 4-6 visits / week. The Ideal Candidate:Certificate of Clinical CompetenceOne (1) year minimum Voice, Dysphagia, Swallowing and Cognitive experienceOne -two (1-2) years Home Health clinical experience preferred but would consider candidates with experience in the inpatient or skilled settings as wellExperience with documentation utilizing EMRFrederick Health Home Care gives you the tools, resources, and actionable intelligence to confidently and effectively manage your home health patients' plan of care.
