Bilingual Customer Service Representative
**Description:**Aerotek's client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to complete Order Entry and communicate directly with clients on the phone. They will also be working with internal Installers to alert them of scheduling to different jobs. Additional job duties are as follows:- Answer phones- Take orders via phone and on line- Transfer orders from Pilot to JR- Process orders for next day installs- Speak with installers daily- Call properties when needed- Help back office when needed/dispatch- Put out "fires" for installs when needed- Scanning - only if receptionist is out**Skills:**bilingual, Spanish speaking, bi-lingual, front desk, administrative assistant, customer service, Dispatcher**Top Skills Details:**Administrative, bilingual, customer service, Dispatching**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**1. HS diploma or GED 2. Minimum of one year of experience in an office setting in a Customer Service Representative role. 3. Great customer service skills 4.
