Customer Service Representative
**Description:**The Customer Service and Support Specialist is a key member of the back office support team. Working in a small team and reporting to the Program Support manager, this individual will provide a variety of customer service and clerical duties in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering telephone calls from the public, verifying violation images, validating vehicle information, processing payments, scheduling hearings, entering information, managing documents and maintaining accounts in general. This position requires a high degree of \dependability, reliability and accountability.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varying personalities and defuse sensitive situations under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Minimum of 30-35 words per minute typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
