Customer Service Representative

This person will be first line of contact for all inbound calls (4 lines 100 calls per day) and customer issues; use in house database to answer customer questions; data entry of customer information into pre-made excel spreadsheets; use customs computer program verify information and keep tabs of customer order status; communicate with customers by phone and email; check customer order and payment status with the port and through customs by phone and email, understand Bills of Lading Job Requirements: MS Office Excel Multi-Line phone system
