Dispatcher/Call Center Representative
Description:Candidates will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls from clients regarding refrigeration, electrical or mechanical problems. This individual will be troubleshooting appliance issues and providing assistance over the phone. If necessary, they will be responsible to dispatch a service agent. -Answering inbound calls, providing customer service -Performing data entry- Using various computer systems, navigating through the computer - Making outbound calls to follow up with clients ensuring customer satisfaction- Documenting all account information, reviewing accounts, service plans, etc.This is an overnight, 12 hour shift onsite, starting at 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Overtime available if desired, working Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.
