Job Summary/Company:

Are you seeking a remote position where you can showcase your professional phone skills? Sparks Group is seeking engaging, professional, Healthcare-Medical Customer Support Representatives to support an organization in Hagerstown, MD. If you have Medical Office or Healthcare Industry customer service experience whether face to face or in an office setting, then apply now and CALL today! Responsibilities:
  • Remotely respond to inquiries from a customer base that spans across individuals, medical professionals and students, medical and academic faculty and researchers who interact with customer service via phone, email, web-based queries and other forms of correspondence with questions relating to their account/invoicing
  • Professionally maintain and update accounts
  • Responsible for completing administrative and invoice related documentation
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment in which the ability to make independent decisions is highly valued
  • Manage a variety of inquiries, billing issues and product/service concerns in the health or medical industry

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Ability to effectively work remotely in a quiet workspace
  • 1-3 years minimum of related Medical Office or Healthcare Industry customer service whether face to face or in an office setting
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MSOffice
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus however not a must
