Position Overview:

The Customer Contact Ctr (CCC) provides business, policy and technical support to Freddie Mac customers using Loan Prospector, the Selling System, Workout Prospector, Service Loans Application and other Freddie Mac proprietary technology.

Our Impact:
The CCC handles a broad range of topics across three main disciplines: loan origination, loan delivery and loan servicing, and serves as the account manager for over 1,700 customers.

Your Impact:
As a Customer Contact Center Senior, you will:
  • Provide resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable.
  • Work under limited direction Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
  • Represent the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts and often performs project leadership role.
  • Interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines.


Qualifications:
  • Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience.
  • College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • As a part-time employee, must have the ability to work 25-30 hours per week.
