The Commercial Loan Administration Professional role will be part of the Document Custody/Post Purchase team with the Loan Administration division of Multifamily. This position is responsible for ensuring that loan documentation and collateral reviews are consistent with the terms of the Loan Commitment and reflected accurately on our loan systems.[Text]

Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:

Loan Review & Resolution
  • Review of commercial/multifamily loan closing documentation delivered by Optigo lenders
  • Identify document discrepancies and provide reports to sellers for resolution
  • Provide resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems identified during review
  • Represent the organization as the principal customer contact
  • Prioritize tasks based on business needs
  • Interact with various business areas and external parties requiring coordination across organizational lines
  • Ensure solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable


Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, paralegal and/or commercial closing experience
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in reviewing commercial/mortgage loan documentation preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
