The Kingsbury Wellness & Learning Group is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic and educational services to children and adults. Our mission is to remove barriers and unlock potential for families with learning and behavior challenges; through community partnerships, we aim to increase equity and access to our services for families who may not otherwise have the means to attain them.

We have a broad range of therapeutic and educational expertise that allows us to serve children and adults with complex needs. Our diagnostic and psychological services have been serving families throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for decades, and we continue to provide assessments, therapy, and tutoring of the highest quality. We are currently offering virtual therapy, and our comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations are a hybrid of virtual and in-person testing.

We are seeking a psychologist to join our team, providing primarily psychotherapy services to children and adults. We offer a collaborative environment, complex cases, and supervision toward licensure if needed. Our approach to psychotherapy and neuropsychological testing is comprehensive; we believe that the best practice is to understand the whole person, and our work is thorough and individualized. Our therapists collaborate and consult with related professionals, teachers, and advocates in order to provide the best all-around care. Psychologists from diverse clinical backgrounds are welcome; each is expected to demonstrate ownership of his/her therapeutic orientation while also maintaining competence in a variety of psychological interventions. All psychologists are expected to have basic foundations in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and family interventions.

Competitive compensation and benefits are offered with this full-time employee position. We have an opportunity to make a difference in our community - to improve the lives of families by supporting the academic process and bolstering mental health. At this turning point in the growth of our organization, we are looking for motivated, energetic, curious, passionate psychologists to join in our mission.
