Let your imagination take flight supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). Looking to find work that stimulates your mind, challenges your skills, and satisfies your curiosity? MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.


The MIL Corporation seeks a Project Management, Associate to support a Federal Government client at our Lexington Park, MD location.

  • Assists program managers in delivering contract services to Government clients
  • Manages projects in CONUS and/or OCONUS locations
  • Develops Statements of Work, schedules, cost estimates and other project artifacts, as needed
  • Interfaces directly with Government clients
  • Manages scope, schedule, and cost performance
  • Collects data, processes documentation, and complies status reports
  • Attends and participates in meetings as requested

Required Qualifications
  • 15 or more years' experience managing projects, particularly with communication systems
  • Experience with transit case production required
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to stay self-motivated, self-directed and work in a fast-paced, high-performance, and dispersed team environment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Attentiveness to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with MS Excel and Word skills
  • Proficiency with computer applications and data entry

  • Associate's degree (or higher) in a technical or business field required
