Summary
The Risk Analyst Manager, Senior shall provide risk management services to the PD ES and provide a process for identifying, tracking, coordinating, and managing schedule and performance risks.

The Risk Analyst Manager, Senior shall provide risk management services to the PD ES and provide a process for identifying, tracking, coordinating, and managing schedule and performance risks.
Responsibilities
- Identify schedule and performance risks.
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies into program planning and technical activities.
- Include risk and post-mitigation ranking for probability of occurrence and consequence
- Maintain, update, and implement the Risk Management Plan.
- Develop policies, processes, and protocols for the team to follow to reduce or manage risks.
- Analyze and identify potential risks and issues.
- Maintain a Risk Register that contains detailed information that allows PD ES to understand the severity and impact of each risk.
- Provide monthly risk updates and reports to PD ES and higher leadership.
- Recommend and implement preventive measures by working with PD ES team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Lead monthly risk management meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with system integrator/service provider risk manager to facilitate communication and awareness across organizations.
- Present risk report information at the MSR and in other meetings at the government's request, noting any changes from the previous reporting period.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree and equivalent experience
- 11-15 years of relevant work experience
- Active or interim secret clearance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills and to maintain high level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
- Works well individually or in a group setting.
- Ability to interact with co-workers to develop a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, Utilize AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project 2007programs.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance.
