Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Receptionist who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As the Receptionist, you will:
•Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
•Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
•Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
•Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
•Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
•Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications Include:
•High school diploma.
• 2-3 years receptionist / clerical experience.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to work dynamically and multi-task, and professionally engage with administrators, directors, employees, and the general public.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 7am - 3:30pm

*This is an essential position, the employee is expected to work holidays, weekends, and in the event of inclement weather, as needed.

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
