Summary

The Graphics Designer, Journeyman shall incorporate high quality graphics to provide news/media coverage, periodicals, magazine articles, and strategic communications briefings to communicate PD ES (mission and vision) objectives to stakeholders and industry partners .

Responsibilities
  • Work with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website.
  • Responsible for interface implementation.
  • Provide sustainment, maintenance, and debugging support for existing web-based applications.
  • Monitor applications, provide metrics, report, and site track
  • Notify and determine next best practice steps for sites reaching storage limitations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or master's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Active or interim secret security clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Requires strong navigation and site-design instincts.
  • Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication skills.
  • Must have excellent organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills and to maintain high level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
  • Works well individually or in a group setting.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to develop a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office O365, Teams and Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance.
