INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX PREPARER

Greenbelt MD CPA firm desires experienced and technically proficient individual income tax preparer for part-time tax season work with potential for permanent part-time position.

Our seasonal positions are for those who wish to primarily work from mid-February to mid-April, with opportunities beyond the traditional busy season based on skill set.  We offer a flexible schedule of at least 15-20 hours per week during tax season.  Work  must be performed at our safe and secure offices allowing for Covid-19 prevention protocols.

The successful candidate must have 3+ years experience preparing individual tax returns and be willing to work part-time on Saturdays from mid-February through mid-April, as required.  Experience in corporate, partnership and S corporation tax preparation and prior knowledge of Wolterskluwer ProSystem fx or Axcess tax software a plus but not a requirement.  Strong data management and PC computing skills a must in our dual-screen online data driven environmnet.  All work must be documented in PDF, excel or word format in a cloud-based file system.
