Adventist HealthCare Rehab seeks to hire an experienced Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will:

• Lead daily HR operations for AHC Employee on-boarding and orientation
• Lead performance improvement activities related to on-boarding at the system level
• Address and be responsible for any on-boarding concerns, regulatory and compliance, and partner with the Shared HR Services (i.e. Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation & Occupational Health)
• Work closely with Sr. HR BP on managing related projects as needed
• Coordinates new employee orientation and new hire onboarding processes
• Assist in implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures while guiding managers on various best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the HRBP to provide excellent human resources support across all Ambulatory, Urgent Care locations by working with leadership and staff to promote and successfully accomplish AHC initiatives - Personal Wellness Profile, Performance Management, Employee Engagement surveys, etc.
• Assist leadership and staff by answering questions and providing training in various areas including, but not limited to, Adventist Intranet, Workday Employee and Manager Self Service, Workday Learning and Kronos
• Act as the back-up to the HRBP as needed. Back-up and cover other HR Generalists as needed
• Provide HR support with all operations as needed across the Adventist HealthCare System.
• Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws.
• Maintaining HR files as appropriate for compliance documentation s and Electronic Filing/Image Silo/Workday uploading.
• Develop process improvements within the internal structure of assigned business units to increase efficiencies.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master's preferred
• 4-6 years of HR experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Project and time management
• Communication and presentation/facilitation
• Ability to manage presentations via virtual platforms

Work Schedule:
