Adventist HealthCare (AHC) seeks to hire an experienced Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will:
• Support the day-to-day human resource functions for Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation Hospital (Shady Grove and Takoma Park Campus) and Outpatient Centers particularly in the areas of employee relations, talent development, regulatory compliance and onboarding at times of new hires and contractors.
• Lead employee investigations, coaches leadership on measurable performance management, career development, talent acquisition/recruitment, and leadership training.
• Support the Senior HR Business Partner and leadership with addressing all employee concerns, questions and other human resource areas. Partners with the Support Center Shared HR Services (i.e. Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation & Occupational Health) and collaborates with other campus entities as well.
• Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partner to improve the customer service level by assessing and refining processes and programs.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master's preferred
• 4-6 years of HR experience in a healthcare setting
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
