POSITION DESCRIPTION: Working as the Change Management Lead, this individual is responsible for developing and implementing Change Management strategies and plans to mobilize and engage stakeholders for Digital Transformation initiatives across NUSA. This role's primary focus will be the SRM (Strategic Revenue Management). This includes execution of Project Plan Deliverables to include: Stakeholder Management, Change Impacts/Actions, Risk Analysis, and Risk Mitigation for implementation within the SRM Project Teams This role will need to be able to quickly develop credibility with the business community and SRM Project Team, so they can quickly develop and execute change management strategies. This role works closely with the NUSA BTO Director of Change Management, NUSA Business Divisions, and Digital PMO Teams to mitigate change risks and ensure local readiness for the successful deployment of SRM by: *Developing & implementing the local change management strategy to ensure readiness to adopt new technology solutions*Building stakeholder engagement plans, performing change impact assessment and defining actions to mitigate change related risks*Ensuring all stakeholders embrace the changes and adopt them in a sustainable manner & embed SRM changes into the organization. *Participating and contributing to the local Change Ambassadors Network to increase engagement and accelerate change adoption across the Digital Transformation Program.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*Drive change management activities for the Business Transformation Office across NUSA and ensure alignment to overall direction of Strategic Revenue Management *Ensure change impact documentation, training coordination and action planning for SRM activities, including current operations *Coordinate the Change Management training strategy for SRM across NUSA*Track KPIs for change Management activities across the Change Management Plans built for SRM across NUSAStakeholder Management:*Develop stakeholder management strategy and plan for SRM across NUSA*Partner with SRM comms Team on preparing change management presentations to stakeholders. *Gathering data on each stakeholder's position and develop stakeholder influence maps and present to Director of Change Management BTO (NUSA). *Determine action plans.Support & Contribute:*Partner with IT Change Management Counterparts to share best practices and lessons learned*SRM Status updates to PMO Team and Director of Change Management BTO NUSA.*Partner with Change Management Leads and Communication Managers on the development action plans for stakeholders and impacted employees. *Coordinate with SRM Project Leads and SMEs to define local change impacts and developing action plans. #LI-MS1REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL*Bachelor's degree with a preferred emphasis in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or Learning, or equivalent experience required; equivalent experience defined as at least 4 years of relevant, professional-level working experience in the same or similar field*2-3 years of project management experience *Must be willing to travel 20-25%*2-3 years of experience in change management at a mid-size organization preferred; participation on a shared services delivery project a plus*Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferredSKILLS*Solid knowledge of stakeholder management for medium to large scale transition projects*Ability to quickly interpret data to understand implications of various change management scenarios*Strategy development skills related to business goal creation, alignment, or attainment *Manage/organize time, information, and resources effectively in order to meet deadlines and respond to requests on a timely basis*Adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, changing environment and create a compelling vision for change*Ability to negotiate with and influence others*Partner with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables *Manage/organize time, information, and resources effectively in order to meet deadlines and respond to requests on a timely basis; multi-task*Create a compelling vision for change*Apply good judgment and professional integrity in decision-making
