Position Summary:Within Nestle USA Corporate Decision Support, the Consolidation Team is responsible for providing standardized, analytical reporting to drive fact-based, efficient decision making in the organization. The Decision Support Analyst (Consolidation) reports directly to the Consolidation Manager and will support the end to end financial reporting cycle within Nestle, including Period End Close (PEC) reporting and the NUSA Monthly Business Process (MBP) coordination. Primary Responsibilities:Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Create and publish Nestle USA sales and profit reports for multiple levels within the organization (Corporate, divisional, category), including volume/mix/rate analysis, sales variance (RIG/pricing/OG) reporting, and cost analysis/bridgingSuggest and execute improvements on existing standardized PEC and MBP reporting, including ongoing assessment of organizational relevance for standardized reports and supporting the migration to Power BI-based reports Support Consolidation Manager with monthly NUSA forecast submission to Nestle SA Support the Consolidation Manager in maintaining the MBP cycle calendar, ensuring divisions and functions meet required deadlines for forecast inputs.Maintain master data integrity by acting as the primarily liaison between NUSA Corporate Decision Support and Finance IT team members Support NUSA Corporate Decision Support initiatives and perform ad hoc requests for the Consolidation Manager and FP&A Director for the corporate finance team, as necessaryRequirements and Minimum Education Level:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or similar field3-5 years prior experience in Accounting / FinanceProficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)Knowledge:Knowledge of Nestle Accounting & Costing Standards and reporting standards/guidelinesGood knowledge of business principles and standard methodologies to ensure sustainability of business and support continuous performance improvementUnderstanding of business environment, NUSA product portfolio, and brand profitabilityWorking knowledge of finance systems used by NUSA F&C, including Dodeca, Essbase, and introductory SAP/BWIntermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, VBA preferred)PowerBI experience preferredCertified Public Accountant (CPA) idealSkills:Strong analytical skills (quantitative as well as qualitative) including variance prior data mining and root cause analysisStrong attention to detail to maintain the trust of our stakeholders Strong ability to optimize and facilitate the application of business processes and data flows to drive business performance transparency Clearly and effectively communicate professionally with stakeholders in written and verbal form Ideal candidate is results focused, a self-starter with strong initiative, naturally inquisitive, able to think independently and has a desire to make a differenceThe Nestle Companies are equal employment and affirmative action employers and looking for diversity in qualified candidates for employment.
