PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer in Dulles, VA.Summary: Duties include significant contributions to mission systems engineering activities. This may include system modeling and simulation, mission analysis, mission planning, mission ops support, developing engineering reports from advanced studies, special engineering investigations, systems integration/interfaces, requirements/V&V, and occasional Business Development support and similar activities. The candidate should be knowledgeable in system-of-systems engineering, space vehicle design and operations, ground segments, segment interfaces, payloads, and/or mission operations. Advanced analyses capability relating to complex mission problems may be required, as is the ability to develop and support home-grown mission analysis tools. The role will include interface with clients, as well as regular interactions with internal engineering associates and program management. Candidate may be called on to assist in new business activities such as conceptual design and analysis for proposals and funded studies, and may include authoring sections for both Top 3 Skills: Desired experience should include one or more of the following: mission system requirements, verification/validation planning, mission planning/execution, mission analysis, modeling/simulation, system trade studies, and expertise with various engineering tools such as MATLAB, STK, and similar toolsPDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
