This program will retire the agency's existing legacy system and replace it with iFAMS/Momentum. We take an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting our client, working in an Agile environment using emerging technologies. You will be interacting with a dynamic team of people with opportunities to learn and grow as you help deliver the overall solution to our client.The Test Manager will lead multiple Financial ERP Implementation test teams, ensuring consistency and quality across all Momentum implementation projects. The Test Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of planning, developing and conducting all phases of testing. The Test Manager will execute a test strategy, manage schedules, provide status updates and report on test execution across all implementations within the delivery lifecycle. The role involves quality and test advocacy, client interaction, management and resolution of issues that impede or block the testing effort. The Test Manager collaborates with clients, test teams, functional implementation teams and external stakeholders to facilitate test case execution.Your future duties and responsibilities * Interact with clients on a regular basis to report status, manage risks and solve issues related to the testing effort.* Take leadership role in the execution of all test phases -- 508 testing, functional testing, regression testing, load testing, performance testing and user acceptance test (UAT).* Lead Operations Readiness Review and Production Readiness Review with various stakeholder groups.* Manage and mentor direct and matrix reports.* Plan allocation of team resources to accomplish project-wide objectives.* Compile accurate records of tests performed to verify products meet specifications.* Communicate test results effectively to support defect triage.Required qualifications to be successful in this role * Bachelor's degree.* 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years of experience as a Test Manager.* Experience leading a testing effort for a large-scale Financial ERP implementation.* Familiarity with the Momentum product is strongly desired or experience with government financial ERP solutions (Federal financials preferred).* Must have experience leading a testing effort/team for an ERP or other complex software suite - including development of testing plans and deliverable templates for use across the team.* Strong client interaction skills* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
