Beacon Hill Financial is working with an awesome company in the retail space in the Silver Spring area to identify a Billing Specialist! The Billing Specialist will take on the responsibility of creating, auditing, and sending invoices to clients, following up on payments, processing payments, and developing and managing reports! Job responsibilities: Prepare semi-monthly and monthly invoices and send to clients Perform billing & accounts receivable reconciliations and provide unbilled analyses Perform account analysis and reconciliations Post payments to client accounts Assist with project setup in accounting system for funding and invoicing Provide reports and financial data Assist with processing accounts payable as needed Qualifications: Experience with high volume billing, cash applications, and processing credit card payments Intermediate Excel experience Experience with MS Dynamics NAV (Navision) highly preferred Find Us on Facebook!!
