Shift Manager Requirements: Shift Managers lead shifts, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit and provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Responsibilities include: - Food safety, quality food production & inventory management - Internal communication, safety & security - Customer service, maintenance & cleanliness - Crew management, training & scheduling Department Manager Requirements: Department Managers lead a specific department to maximize output, achieve goals, delegate tasks and collaborate with other Managers. Guest Service Managers: - Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experiences - Maximize ROI for sales promotions - Train service staff in service procedures - Organize the Front Counter McCaf and Drive-Thru areas for best service Kitchen Managers: - Deliver great quality food to customers quickly - Champion food safety - Control food costs - Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including newly added menu items People Managers: - Ensure the restaurant hires and trains qualified crew - Schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals - Support new Crew getting started - Recognize & empower Crew Team Members - Previous managerial experience is helpful, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
