Location: Arlington, Virginia Categories: Engineering and IT Req ID: 4677 Overview Stand Together's IT capability is seeking a motivated Applications Administrator, to support the critical online services that power our business. Successful applicants should demonstrate exceptional customer focus and careful critical thinking. Your Responsibilities Include Provide excellent support for customer requests related to supported applications Troubleshoot application errors and manage escalation to vendor support Develop clear documentation and trainings Implement and enforce company IT policies and best practices Perform software maintenance, including user and permissions management, security configuration, automations, system integrations, backup and recovery planning, and technical change management Support product team by providing technical expertise during design and testing of major redesigns/architectural changes Become the internal subject matter expert and preferred support partner for users of supported applications Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization 1-2 years of application administration and/or IT customer support role, including experience configuring and troubleshooting a critical enterprise software application Familiarity with common enterprise software products, with a focus on: Project management software such as Jira Customer service systems such as Zendesk Productivity software such as Office 365 and Airtable Automated integrations platforms such as Workato LMS software such as SAP Litmos Clear oral and written communication skills Demonstrable business and technical writing acumen Willingness to dedicate attention to detail Project planning experience Entrepreneurial spirit Standout Candidates May Also Bring Experience with administering Salesforce Experience with scripting in Python, Javascript or other scripting languages About Us Stand Together helps social entrepreneurs supercharge their efforts to help people improve their lives.
