Job Description FTSS Joint Venture, a joint venture between Dae Sung, LLC and LB&B Associates Inc., is currently seeking a MD 1st Class Grade Stationary Engineer for its contract to provide facilities engineering and maintenance services for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Baltimore, MD. Qualified candidates must possess and maintain required MD 1st Class Stationary Engineer License. Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience and ability to maintain HP steam systems, boilers, chillers as well as all support equipment. Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, Siemens Apogee, and Trance Tracer Systems. Education : High School Diploma / GED equivalent required. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
