Your role: The Senior Maintenance Technician works on assignments of diverse scope in nature where judgement is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations; under limited supervision. You will be responsible for off-shift emergency response; On-call requirements will be rotational. You will coordinate and work with contractors to maintain all other aspects of facility operation and perform other duties and responsibilities as required by local leadership; Complete all training objectives on time (Safety, SOPs, OJT); Purchase and maintain parts inventory. Responsibilities will include all facilities related tasks as well as other duties and responsibilities as required. This role will report to the facilities manager/supervisor and will be a key team member of the facilities staff. Physical Attributes: Will be required to regularly lift 50+ pounds Who you are: Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent (ie GED) 4+ years experience working in facilities/building management Preferred Qualifications: HVAC certification EPA 608 Technician Certification 5+ years of related experience 3+ years working experience in cGxP environment Lab and clean room experience RSRMS
