3TECH Staffing, Inc. seeks candidates for Milling Machine Operators to join our Baltimore, Md. based-construction company client's asphalt/paving crew. Responsibilities:Ensures safe operation of milling machines Performs minor maintenance and ensures machine is clean and ready for next shift Knowledge of asphalt including milling, paving, striping, and heavy equipment operation Adjusts controls to set cutting specifications Computes dimensions, tolerance's, and angles of work pieces or machines according to specification Operate other equipment as needed Attend all safety meetings Assists foreman and other crew members as needed Reports all incidents, accidents and near misses in accordance with Company policy. Strictly adheres to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Company Standards, as well as OSHA/MOSHA regulations Qualifications:3-5 years in the paving industry Familiarity with paving and milling and SHA Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary 3TECH Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
