SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Software Development Engineer for a contract to hire position in Hunt Valley, MD. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for coding, testing, and analyzing application software; support existing business systems applications; consult with all levels of application developers to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions; Support the designing and documentation of technical requirements for business applications. Qualifications: 5+ yrs. of related IT experience Bachelor's Degree at College of Engineering and Technology or equivalent work experience Possesses strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools and methodologies Programming experience in C/C++ Preferred: Programming and delivery of C/C++ applications in AIX/Unix environment Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues Knowledge of concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies.
