RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all Finance functions including financial planning, reporting and analysis, forecasting and budgeting Recruit, manage and lead a high performing FP&A Team Manage the Company's end-of-month and quarterly reporting process Coordinate with the Accounting Team on month-end financial close Prepare monthly reports and brief Executive Management on the state of the Company's key financial metrics including Revenue, EBITDA, AEBITDA, indirect rates and capex Prepare Monthly Operations Reviews, SG&A reviews and quarterly Board of Directors presentations Coordinate with Project Control Leaders on monthly deliverables including financial forecasts, cash, program add-backs and Divisional and Program performance Lead the annual budgeting and long range planning process for the organization Maintain templates and manage the timeline to optimize the planning process including executive reviews and reviews with Private Equity and the Board of Directors Lead the annual indirect rate development process Establish templates and timelines to optimize the development and submission of our indirect rates to DCAA Maintain a Business Intelligence strategy and tool set for the FP&A Team and manage the relationship with IT to ensure best in class tools and processes Establish and maintain solid working relationships with Executive Management, Operational Leadership and support Organization Leaders Contribute to and create financial reports for both internal and external customers including Compliance, Tax, Program Control and our Private Equity Owners Support the bid and proposal process as needed with requests related to indirect rates and structure, and ways that we can increase our Pwin Ad-hoc reporting and planning for the CFO and Executive Leadership Team Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting; MS or MBA preferred Minimum of 15 years of Finance and Accounting experience, including a minimum of 7 years of progressive supervisory and management experience Demonstrated expertise with Deltek Costpoint and T&E Demonstrated expertise with Cognos,TM1 and business intelligence tools Thorough knowledge of GAAP, FAR and CAS Experience with Microsoft Suite, proficiency in Excel is essential Must be organized, detail oriented, motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment Strong presentation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive materials and maintain the highest level of confidentiality Ability to recognize and solve business problems by applying appropriate use of logic to quickly isolate the trends or problems Must have high level interpersonal skills and be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization; develops key relationships with counterparts across the Company; position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy Self-directed and highly-motivated, with the decisiveness and flexibility necessary to operate successfully in a changing, rapid-growth and hands-on environment. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
