Position Description Alion Science is seeking Cyber Software Developers to join members of our team. Prospective engineers shall independently be able to develop and code software solutions that provide needed capabilities in support of customer s computer network operations (CNO) activities through professional software development to include data architectures, software assurance and security. Engineers will participate in design (software and otherwise) sessions, developing unique capabilities, and sharing insights and practices across government organizations supporting the CNO mission. Prospective engineers will explore various hardware and software platforms, analyze and assess computer network components, research vulnerabilities, and develop tools. Members of this team are highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work well alone or as a member of a team. Required Skills: Knowledge of IDA Pro Unix/Linux development experience Programming work using, Assembly, C, C++, and Python Ability to analyze assembly code on multiple platforms (x86/x64, ARM, etc.) Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related and zero to 2 years of experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted for applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.
