The National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC) is the industry association for diverse-owned private equity firms and hedge funds. NAIC's membership consists of 107 firms representing over $178 billion in assets under management (AUM). Through education, advocacy and industry events, the NAIC is focused on increasing the flow of capital to high-performing diverse investment managers often underutilized by institutional investors. Additionally, NAIC produces unique and compelling research on the performance of diverse managers and develops initiatives to strengthen and position the industry for future success. NAIC is seeking a bright, energetic, detail-oriented and forward-thinking individual to serve as the Alliance and Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for managing some of our most important relationships with both industry associations and our multi-year corporate partnerships. This person will also develop and lead the execution of a cogent, thoughtful and inspiring marketing strategy for NAIC as a whole. This position is 100% remote and could require up to 30% travel, once the limitations of COVID-19 have passed and it is safe to do so, and will report directly to the Executive Vice President. Alliance Management Responsibilities Participation in all calls with all Alliance and Corporate Partners Manage communication with and the execution of all deliverables for the relationships described above and others as they develop. This includes branding and visibility opportunities, co-marketing of events, co-branded thought leadership pieces, logistical coordination of events, sharing of resources, participation in each other's conferences, and all other deliverables as agreed to in proposals and/or Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). Identify any potential challenges or new ways to enrich the relationships with each entity and brief NAIC leadership accordingly. Marketing and Communications Management Responsibilities Take a strategic and cohesive approach to marketing and communication for all NAIC programs and initiatives, both to members and to the broader network. Develop plan that maximizes touch points with our members and the broader network Work with colleagues and consultants to develop fresh and compelling marketing pieces for all NAIC Initiatives, including: Institutional Investor Roadshows MINT Report Performance Report LP Meetup NAIC Insights Women in Alternatives MGEFI Capital Clearinghouse NextGen Symposium MBA Fellowship Sharing of Facts from IntelligentNAIC Member Highlights Market Updates Perspectives Videos Member Value Others as they are developed PandoLogic.
