My Plumber Plus an industry Leader in Residential Home Services is now hiring a Marketing ManagerAs an experienced and qualified candidate, you will apply your marketing skills and knowledge in the execution and implementation of marketing strategies across all media sources. You will create marketing campaigns and strategies that directly increase call volume, customer retention and brand awareness. As a member of the team you will work with all departments to facilitate company cohesiveness in the brand story and promotion.Our client has been operating in the area for 35 years and continues to grow and succeed in dominating the industry.Goal: Ensure the company receives the budgeted amount of service calls and leads through dynamic ad programs on social, website and other media campaigns. Increase brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies maximizing presence on all media outlets.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Owners, Operations Manager, CFO, department managers, and staff to reach goals.Work with SEO vendors.Establish and maintain Pay Per Click campaign with vendors - monitor and report on success.Uncover and/or develop new marketing opportunities, media channels, websites, social media, products and partnerships.Develop annual marketing plan and production calendar.Create promotions and advertising ideas.Develop and manage advertising campaigns and be able to test and report results effectively.Evaluate and maintain marketing strategies.Direct, plan and coordinate marketing efforts.Research demand for the company's products and services.Evaluate competitors.Oversee the promotion of the company while building brand awareness.Know the customer needs and stay on top of new industry trends.Create marketing materials, demos, pitches, guidelines, and presentations.Facilitate and report on marketing budget, track results and refine accordingly.Utilize local network opportunities.Supervise marketing assistant.Requirements:Experience with creating marketing campaigns, marketing strategies, and marketing plans.Experience running internet campaigns working with PPC and SEO vendors.Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing. Experience with TV advertising a plus.Understanding of public relations.Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to articulate ideas clearly, enthusiastically and persuasively to owners and management.Engaging personality that blends well with fast-paced, goal-driven environment, with ability to quickly adapt to change.Management experience a plus.Must have ability to think strategically and grasp industry specific marketing techniques.Experience testing marketing ideas effectiveness and reporting on the results.Must have experience managing a robust budget and using resources based on results.Must be goal driven and ambitious.
