Job Description This position is for the RMD (Raytheon Missile and Defense) Crystal City Digital Technology (DT) Site Services Support Technician located in Arlington, VA. The DT Tech's primary responsibility is to support the day to day DT support at our RMD Crystal City location. This includes, but is not limited to troubleshooting DT related issues, desktop support, phone system, local projects and DT initiatives for Raytheon and our local, on site Government customer. Assist with coordinating services and support for US Government and International customers at the location. The DT Tech will serve as the local support technician and PoC for DT related system issues, including networking, video conferencing, meeting coordination, phone system, communication systems, servers, desktop hardware and software support at RMD Crystal City. The job will require some physical work such as lifting IT hardware, furniture, and other common items in an office or data center. Position includes assisting with facility support which may require project management and coordination with service or maintenance contractors. Working with ComSec equipment and System Administration for classified is required. Required Skills: Must have at least 4 years of professional experience providing a range of DT support services (VTC, Avaya Phone System voicemail and account maintenance, some desktop/end-user support, basic networks/connectivity, etc.) Must possess experience across multiple DT frameworks and disciplines with the ability to work across DT to resolve issues (End User, Server, VTC, and network at a minimum). Must demonstrate past experience in working on cross-functional teams to bring integrated DT solutions to life Must have a demonstrated history of performing a wide range of DT centric tasks concurrently. History of proactively engaging with DT operations in the areas of network, servers, collaboration, etc. Troubleshooting and support for user and manufacturing systems and applications.
