Technical Project Manager Worksite: Falls Church, VA Contract Length: 1 year Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for Technical Project Manager to provide technical project management. The Technical Project Manager will manage and assemble various complex scientific documents in a timely manner as they are composed, reviewed, and edited at several management levels. Technical Project Manager Responsibilities: . Managing highly technical projects . Leading ECOSphere project planning sessions as directed by the BDI Chief . Coordinating ECOSphere staff and internal USFWS resources to ensure successful project implementation . Managing ECOSphere project progress, and adapting work as required . Ensuring all ECOSphere projects meet agreed upon deadlines . Managing relationships with management and stakeholders . Overseeing all incoming and outgoing ECOSphere project documentation . Participating in the ECOSphere process: ie, design, submission, and review . Designing, updating, and communicating ECOSphere project risk mitigation plans . Conducting ECOSphere project review and creating detailed reports for management and executive leadership . Optimizing and improving processes and the overall ECOSphere project approaches where necessary . Working with large and diverse technical and non-technical teams. Technical Project Manager Qualifications: . PMI certification . 7 years of project management, technical writing experience, and proficiency in the software listed above. . Skilled in communicating effectively (orally and in writing), including communicating with both technical and non-technical staff, working with multiple team members, and managing complex projects with a short timeline. . Experience managing projects using SCRUM is highly desired. Job Requirements:Why should you work for Mindbank?
