Our B&I FS solution sets are process based, metric driven and integrates technology to manage and report outcome based performance.The Reliability Maintenance Engineer reports to the senior site manager will be responsible for leading, directing, managing and overseeing all aspects of the ARAMARK staff and contractual obligations of our contract with the client. Responsible for managing quality, performance, workload and expected outcomes of administration, supervision, planning / scheduling, maintenance skilled labor and other operation personnel in the client's facilities Operation, Engineering, and Maintenance department. Scope of work includes building HVAC systems, central heating / cooling plants, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, crane, elevators and other like maintenance services and life-safety systems related to facility building infrastructure and salvage operations. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Maintenance programs centered on Predictive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Planning / Scheduling and other similar programs to ensure the on-going, safe and cost effective operation of all electrical-mechanical equipment on a 24x7 basis 365 days a year. Ensures that their team is fully trained in safety, job-related skill, and awareness of both ARAMARK and client policies.Duties:* Responsible for developing, implementing and managing Scheduling / Planning, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Project Management, Computer Maintenance Management System and Maintenance Repair Operation supply inventory programs in accordance with industry standards.* Implementing, managing and maintaining asset reliability and cost effectiveness of program using Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode Effect Analysis practices and providing solution to remedy problems.* Responsible for strict compliance of the client's contractual agreement and Statement of Work and developing a strong client relationship that is based on integrity, professionalism, respect, responsiveness / urgency and quality performance.* Responsible for leading, directing, managing and overseeing all aspects of the ARAMARK staff to ensure quality performance, safety programs, scheduling / workload balancing and expected outcomes meet contractual obligations and ARAMARK's management standards.* Develop, track and timely report Key Performance Indicators that support the management of contractual targets, quality performance, workload balancing and other critical elements of the program .QualificationsRequires a BA degree, 1-2 years of maintenance field experience, and 2-3 years working knowledge of reliability. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements. Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) or other similar accreditations are desirable but not required. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, verbal / written communication skills, planning / scheduling, problem solving, project management experience, and proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow up. Computer (spreadsheet, word processing, project, etc.), Computerized Maintenance Management System & Energy Management System programs, specialty predictive equipment, and other equipment and tools to perform the tasks outlined in the job description.
