Immediate Strategic Sourcer (remote): based out of McLean, VA

Sparks is seeking a skilled sourcing professional with an interest identifying key talent markets to support a high growth organization among a team of exceptional recruiting professionals. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Marketing Strategies under the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and Leadership
  • Build creative pipeline of talent through various mediums: academia, referrals, research, campaigns.
  • Support Talent Mapping of identified candidate pools in relation to organizational growth initiatives.
  • Excel whiz providing updates reports of talent pipeline, metrics, and performance data to leadership
  • Source and Pipeline supporting key project groups across all levels across the organization (specifically engineering and technology)
  • Communicate with candidates often times as the "first touch"
  • Research organizations, academia, competitors, market trends to find talent
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Networks, Associations, Referrals to pipeline talent
  • Support all levels of Recruiting Department from both Corporate and Executive Searches
  • Deliver creative sourcing support on requisitions and proactively support future job requirements

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of outbound recruiting of passive candidates (head hunting) or sourcing candidates
  • Creative Sourcing Experience, technical recruiting experience highly considerd
  • Exceptional Boolean skill
  • Understanding of how to navigate employee market trends
  • Experience sourcing or recruiting within the cleared space, highly preferred
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience with Phenom software highly regarded
  • Workday Experience is a plus
