We recruit for Choptank's six offices nationwide, all from our HQ in Preston, Maryland. This position is in-office at our Preston, MD office, which is located at 3601 Choptank Road. Manage the full cycle recruiting process through our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)Conduct virtual/in-person interviews to evaluate applicant qualificationsEstablish relationships with Hiring Managers to identify top talent and identify hiring needsMake phone calls - it's your job to engage candidates while assessing talentHunt and source qualified passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and cold callingProactively research specific industries to understand the market and remain competitiveMarket the Choptank brand through social media platforms, career fairs, community and campus events, social media, and other creative outlets Qualifications What are the job requirements?
