IT Business Development Manager (MSPVMS) Looking for an IT Business Development Manager (BDM-MSPVMS) who is creative in building new business opportunities as well as maintaining existing business relationships. The BDM needs to possess persuasive marketing methodologies thus transforming the potential clients into customers. The BDM will continually be assertive on addition of new MSP accounts, develop and recommend innovative solutions to management for business improvement. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities specifically in MSPVMS territory to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals Design development of marketing plan to build new CLIENTS and establishing strategic relationships with MSP accounts while expanding customer base. Working with existing ClientsMSPVMS accounts and provide input to the delivery model that works best for the ClientMSP. Maintain affinity with direct client partners and MSP accounts for staffing business. Work effectively with senior IT executives, decision influencers, middle management, HR departments, hiring managers and project managers in the marketing and technology disciplines Participate actively in all aspects of building the business, including strategic planning, demand generation and new account acquisition. Experience Extensive experience in business development, account management, marketing, sales, and strategic analysis Proven track record in managing MSPVMS accounts and growing a Sales Territory to achieve results Extensive experience in direct client and MSP channel sales in IT staffing industry thereby driving incremental staffing sales Must have existing and productive accounts (MSPVMS) in IT staffing, Generate sales through focused planning and communication through the successful execution of the sales cycle. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals and maximize profit Must have excellent communications and presentation skills. Ability to work proficiently with MS Office and any popular CRM Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines Exceptional time management and organizational skills Strong social skills ndash excellent verbal and written communication skills CompensationIncentives Competitive base salary and commissions.
