Description: CyberCore Technologies seeks a Senior Database Engineer to support various clients and projects across our customer base by in devising, negotiating, and defending the tables and fields provided in the database, in addition to evaluating, monitoring and installing database management systems. This individual will head a team, serving as a SME. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or 14 years of database development Master experience Architect and implement enterprise database systems, including the support of advanced configurations such as clustering and replication Enforce the company's database policies and procedures Maintain enterprise and database servers in production, test and development environments Monitor database performance and tune database management system as necessary Work closely with system administrators during software installation and upgrades Ensure availability of databases in accordance with service level agreements Review, validate, and deploy database update during applications rollout to production environment Support developers when they need to troubleshoot application issues that might be related to database backend
