They also assist in supporting restaurant operations by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques. What Will I Do? + Create a positive and energetic atmosphere while serving guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner; Build rapport with guests and ensure an incredible service and experience + Prepare food and beverage offerings to order and collecting payment + Educate guests on menu items to create interest and enthusiasm + Prepare the dining and bar areas for service with exceptional attention to detail + Learn about special events and general restaurant operations to provide support and perform additional tasks as needed Required Experience: + Catering customer service experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry or equivalent experience + Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services Preferred Experience: + Experience as a server/cocktail server in a high standard, fresh concept restaurant/hotel management + Experience as a Bartender or server in a fast casual restaurant As an essential business, we remain open and would love to have you join our team and help to support our communities.
