The project manager will be responsible for running a $10M+ interior fit-out job for a Federal Agency.They will be responsible for ensuring the project goes smooth and handling rfi's, submittals, running meetings with owners and performing site walks. Majority of the work will be in office with some work being performed out in the field and attending site visits.10 years+ of experience as a construction project Manager with at least 5 years of Federal Construction experience.Prior experience managing a single project in excess of $10M.Familiarity with Federal Construction Documentation, process and QA/QCKnowledge of Microsoft excel is essential. Their estimating software for change orders is heavy excel based. The work environment is very family oriented. They are flexible with start/end times as long as the PM is doing what they need to do to ensure success of the projects they are running.They have a "hands off" management style, but execs will step in if the project is struggling.They will be in the office full time in Annapolis Junction, MD.
