PAE is currently seeking an innovative, fast-paced Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Manager to lead our Human Resources business partnering teams for our US Embassies portfolio (Middle East, Asia, Europe). This portfolio has over 2K employees working in 6 countries and is responsible for the operations and maintenance of US Embassies in some of the most critical and strategic locations around the world.At PAE, our HR business partnering teams are "operators-first", focusing our efforts running at the extremely fast pace of our business, so that we are ahead of our operations teams in ensuring our talent needs are always met.What You'll Be DoingThis is a strategic leadership role, with a particular focus on partnering with the leadership teams of our Embassies portfolio to transform the HR function into a strategic team able to anticipate future talent programs and processes that will ensure our success in current and developing business areas. The Human Resources Business Partner works side-by-side to support the Senior Director of the portfolio and the Director of Operations and has leadership responsibility for the HR teams that support the portfolio in the following areas:Talent ManagementRecruitmentEmployee Experience & EngagementLeadership DevelopmentSuccession PlanningPerformance ManagementHR Data & AnalyticsYou're a Top Candidate if You:are a passionate, determined leaderare energetic, strategy-focused team-builderhave experience coaching leaders as a strategic advisor on all HR mattersshow a high level of emotional intelligence and empathydemonstrate ability to manage talent and HR initiatives across the businesshave strong business acumen and analytical skillshave excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsembrace technology, data, and analytics as critical enablers to the success of the HR functiondemonstrate expertise in change managementdemonstrate passion for efforts to increase diversity, inclusion, and belonginghave eight (8) or more years of progressive HR or related operational experience, including:at least two (2) years partnering with operational leaders to provide innovative HR solutionsat least two (2) years supporting an international workforceat least two (2) years responsible for overseeing Employee Relations investigationsat least three (3) years directly managing people and teamshave completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experiencehold a GPHR or other international HR certification or equivalent knowledge base to obtain certificationWe're REALLY Excited if You Also Have:Operational leadership experience, in a role other than Human ResourcesInternational field-based experienceBudget management experienceLean Six Sigma or Agile project management experienceGraduate degree in business or engineeringPAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
