Essential Duties: Cultivate opportunities from current client base Follow up with potential clients and return correspondence appropriately Setting appointments for Sales customers Meeting with the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis Address overflow leads in a timely manner Communicate opportunities for Sales staff appropriately and timely Report all issues to the Client Relations Manager Track appointments generated in system and report them to CRM Job Requirements: Basic knowledge in the use of MS Office applications, and internet proficiency Ability to navigate through multiple windows and multiple software systems Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on needs of a department or business goal Must be able to read, write and type reports/correspondence. Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background helpful Bilingual helpful Flexible Schedule Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, ability to take direction and coaching All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
